Take Responsibility – The Position: Product Marketing Manager

As Product Marketing Manager, you play a key role in driving the global success of Stokke’s iconic products. You will be the bridge between product development and marketing execution, ensuring our products stay relevant, competitive, and desirable across all markets.

You will define product messaging, go-to-market planning, and business plan and manage lifecycle activities to ensure sustained commercial success. Working closely with Innovation, Product Management, Brand Communication, Sales, Supply Chain, and local Markets, you will champion the voice of the consumer and maintain strong alignment between product offering and market needs.

Education Required

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  •  Equivalent experience also considered

Experience Required

  •  8-10 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or related roles in   consumer goods
  •  Experience supporting go-to-market plans, business planning and lifecycle marketing
  •  Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer insights, and product storytelling
  •  Experience working in cross-functional, international environments

Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging

  •  Define and maintain product messaging frameworks and value propositions
  •  Ensure messaging aligns with brand strategy and consumer needs

Go-to-Market Planning

  •  Support go-to-market planning for new product introductions, campaigns, and seasonal launches
  •  Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure readiness across channels and regions

Lifecycle & Portfolio Management

  •  Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for growth
  •  Lead marketing initiatives to extend product lifecycle and drive relevance
  •  Brief the Innovation Team on product improvements, accessoiries and product   innovations
  •  Develop bundling strategies based on insights

Insights & Market Understanding

  •  Stay close to consumer and market trends to identify new opportunities
  •  Conduct competitor analysis and collaborate with insights teams to guide marketing  priorities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  •  Work closely with Innovation, Brand Communication, Sales, Supply Chain, and local   Markets.
  •  Ensure smooth execution of plans with clear timelines and deliverables
