The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
As Amazon (Seller Central FBA/FBM) & DTC Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring families receive Stokke products reliably, efficiently, and on time. By managing end‑to‑end supply operations across our Direct‑to‑Consumer channels—including Amazon, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Shopify—you directly support the customer experience for parents and children.
Your work ensures product availability, fulfillment accuracy, and a seamless journey from order to delivery across all DTC touchpoints.
Agility, Speed & Execution
This is a highly operational, hands‑on role requiring strong ownership, analytical rigor, and executional excellence. You will act as the operational link between Demand Planning, Logistics, eCommerce, and Finance, managing fast‑moving supply flows while continuously improving forecasting accuracy, inventory health, and fulfillment performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys driving clarity, structure, and results.
Main Responsibilities
Lead & Optimize Channel Supply Operations
- Oversee daily supply chain execution across Amazon FBA, Amazon FBM, Salesforce, and Shopify channels.
- Manage inbound shipments, inventory positioning, and fulfillment performance across all DTC platforms.
- Build and maintain replenishment models balancing in‑stock rates, warehouse capacity, and cash flow.
- Monitor and improve key KPIs including fill rate, forecast accuracy, lead time, and order cycle time.
- Partner with 3PLs to ensure timely fulfillment, efficient reverse logistics, and high delivery standards.
Forecast, Inventory & Operations Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Sales, and Marketing to align purchasing, promotions, and forecasts.
- Use sales history, velocity trends, and marketing inputs to anticipate demand and prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Define and maintain channel‑specific safety stock levels, reorder points, and availability targets.
Execute & Improve Fulfillment Processes
- Manage Amazon FBA inbound workflows, inventory transfers, and compliance with packaging, labelling, and IPI requirements.
- Oversee FBM and DTC fulfillment across Salesforce and Shopify, ensuring accurate routing and SLA compliance.
- Resolve Amazon and DTC operational issues (stranded inventory, late shipments, chargebacks, cancellations) using structured root‑cause analysis.
- Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal peaks through proactive inventory planning.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the primary operational contact for Amazon, Salesforce, Shopify, and logistics partners.
- Partner with Finance on purchase planning, cash‑flow forecasting, and inventory valuation.
- Work closely with eCommerce and Marketing to align inventory availability with promotional calendars and content launches.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards (Excel, Power BI, ERP reporting) to provide visibility and insights to leadership.

Experience Required
- 4+ years of experience managing eCommerce or omnichannel supply chain operations.
- Direct ownership of Amazon FBA/FBM and Salesforce/Shopify DTC workflows.
- Proven success improving forecast accuracy, in‑stock performance, and fulfillment SLAs.
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP or planning systems (RELEX, NetSuite, M3, or similar).
- Hands‑on experience resolving Amazon Seller Central issues and optimising FBA inventory health.
- Experience collaborating across global, cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
