The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
As Ecommerce Analytics Associate – Site Analytics (Amazon / DTC), you will play a pivotal role in enabling data‑driven decisions that enhance the digital experience for parents and caregivers across all DTC channels. By turning complex datasets into meaningful insights, you help ensure Stokke’s products are visible, discoverable, and presented in ways that assist families in finding the right solutions for their needs.
Agility, Speed & Execution
This role sits at the centre of our digital ecosystem — supporting Amazon, our DTC site, and retailer dropship channels with accurate, actionable analytics. Success requires analytical precision, curiosity, and the ability to transform insights into fast, high‑quality execution. You will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Digital Ops to shape strategies, optimise the digital shelf, and influence revenue‑driving decisions.

Main Responsibilities
Analytics Strategy & Insight Development
- Develop and implement analytics strategies that uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities across Amazon, DTC, and dropship channels.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis, segmentation, and predictive modelling to strengthen digital performance.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence merchandising, marketing, and product decisions.
Testing, Attribution & Performance Analysis
- Build and execute test‑and‑learn frameworks to validate hypotheses and evaluate digital initiatives.
- Use attribution models to analyse multi‑touch customer journeys and channel contribution.
- Track and report performance using GA4, BigQuery, and other analytics platforms.
- Manage tracking implementation through Google Tag Manager to ensure data accuracy.
- Analyse campaign performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid & organic channels.
Accuracy, Optimization & Automation
- Define and refine SOPs for analytics processes with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy standards.
- Support evaluation and rollout of new ecommerce platforms, analytics systems, and technologies.
- Partner with Site Merchandising teams to identify optimisation opportunities across content and user journeys.
- Use workflow tools (Monday.com, Asana) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with DTC, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure analytics align with business priorities.
- Build dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Partner with internal sales leads, retail partners, and third‑party data providers to expand insight capabilities.

Experience Required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ecommerce analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with statistical tools (Python, R, SAS).
- Strong command of data visualisation (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Deep understanding of Shopify, GA4, and ecommerce KPIs.
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic, actionable recommendations.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
- Passion for digital commerce, consumer behaviour, and using data to drive growth.

- Expertise in Google Tag Manager and multi‑channel analytics.
