The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
We are seeking an early‑career manager ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. As Country Manager Turkey, you will be responsible for developing and executing Stokke’s ambitious growth plan for one of our most important emerging markets. The work you lead — across expansion, commercial performance, and brand presence — directly shapes the experiences that parents and children have with Stokke in Turkey.
Agility, Speed & Execution
This role combines strategy with hands‑on operational leadership. You will own the market’s commercial performance, drive rapid e‑commerce acceleration, and execute with precision and strong follow‑through. You will work closely with global and regional teams and report directly to the Head of Eastern Europe & Emerging Markets.
You will lead local strategy, grow market share, expand partnerships, and ensure Stokke’s brand and online presence are executed with excellence. The role requires someone who is results‑driven, commercially sharp, and energized by scaling a premium brand in a dynamic market.
Main Responsibilities
Market & Commercial Leadership
- Develop and execute the country strategy aligned with global and regional objectives.
- Lead the DTC online strategy for Turkey, focused on accelerating brand awareness and sales.
- Analyse digital positioning and identify growth opportunities across the e‑commerce funnel.
- Lead optimization projects for website and mobile customer experience.
- Own the country P&L, delivering revenue, profit, and market share targets.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities across retail, e‑commerce, and distributors.
- Drive market expansion, including new product introductions and new routes‑to‑market.
- Build strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Evaluate and onboard new distributors or channel partners when needed.
- Lead commercial negotiations to optimize pricing, margins, and trade terms.
Sales Management
- Coordinate end‑to‑end e‑commerce operations: merchandising, catalog, pricing, promotions, logistics, delivery, and customer service.
- Improve operational processes in collaboration with tech, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards (privacy, payment security, data protection).
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive excellence in physical retail and online channel activation.
Marketing & Brand Execution
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt global brand strategy to Turkey.
- Oversee campaign execution, local activations, influencer programs, and media planning.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints.
Operations & Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Ensure demand planning accuracy and inventory availability with supply chain teams.
- Manage local regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee operational efficiency and optimize key processes and cost structures.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the company as the local market leader.

Experience
- 5+ years of commercial leadership experience in consumer goods, retail, consumer electronics, beauty, lifestyle, or similar categories.
- Proven track record in business development, channel expansion, and key account management.
- Demonstrated success managing P&L and scaling a brand in a competitive market.
- Experience working in a matrix organization (regional/global).
