The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
As Regional E‑Commerce Manager for DACH, you will own and continuously improve the customer journey across Stokke.com and Amazon — ensuring that every digital touchpoint supports parents and children with a seamless, informative, and meaningful experience. Your work will directly impact how families in the DACH region discover, learn about, and choose Stokke products.
Agility, Speed & Execution
This is a hands‑on role where speed, ownership, and operational excellence matter. You will optimize platforms daily, improve conversion, and work cross‑functionally to deliver a fast‑moving, high‑quality e‑commerce experience that meets both commercial goals and customer expectations.
Based in Amsterdam or Hamburg, you will collaborate closely with global and regional teams and report directly to the Head of DACH.
Main Responsibilities
Digital Merchandising & Content Storytelling
- Own DACH e‑commerce performance on Stokke.com and Amazon.
- Improve the full customer journey, from landing page to checkout and beyond.
- Drive conversion rate optimization through testing, content updates, and UX enhancements.
- Work with the Regional Marketing Manager to ensure messaging and content are relevant for DACH.
- Optimize Amazon product pages, imagery, content, and promotions to maximize conversion and sales.
Site Operations, Speed & Delivery (Agility, Speed & Execution)
- Support global and regional media teams by optimizing landing pages and post‑click experiences.
- Collaborate to maximize the impact of paid search, paid social, and SEO activity.
- Track performance and report on results, insights, and recommended actions.
- Use data to prioritize improvements that increase both revenue and customer satisfaction.
Content Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Continuously refine on‑site content to improve performance and user experience.
- Apply a structured test‑and‑learn approach to CRO and UX changes.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on customer behavior, analytics, and business needs.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with media, marketing, planning, and regional teams to deliver consistent improvements.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies.

Ideal Experience
- 5+ years’ experience running e‑commerce websites (DTC essential).
- Native German speaker with excellent and confident command of the English language is essential.
- Strong understanding of how customers shop online and what drives conversion.
- Proven experience improving UX, CRO, and on‑site performance.
- Experience working with Amazon for a branded business.
- Ideally first experience with Otto and Galaxus.
- Confident using analytics tools to support decision‑making.
- Experience working with or in the DACH market.
- Experience collaborating with media teams on post‑click optimization and the customer journey.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally in an international environment.
