The Position

Parent & Child at the Heart

As Regional E‑commerce Manager for the UK, you will own and continually improve the customer journey across Stokke.com and Amazon — ensuring every digital touchpoint helps parents make confident choices for their children. Your work will directly shape how UK families discover, explore, and purchase our products online.

Based in Amsterdam | UK Market | Reporting to UK Country Head

Agility, Speed & Execution

This is a hands‑on, fast‑moving role where ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are crucial. You will drive traffic, optimise conversions, and work cross‑functionally to ensure the UK delivers a high‑performing, seamless e‑commerce experience. You will collaborate closely with global teams and report directly to the Country Head.

Main Responsibilities

Digital Merchandising & Content Storytelling

  • Own UK e‑commerce performance on Stokke.com and Amazon.
  • Improve the end‑to‑end customer journey — from landing page to checkout.
  • Ensure UK content, campaigns, and messaging are relevant, localised, and aligned with brand strategy.
  • Optimise Amazon product pages, SEO, imagery, content, and promotions.

Site Operations, Speed & Delivery

  • Drive conversion rate optimisation through testing, content improvements, and UX enhancements.
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing activity (paid search, paid social, SEO) with global teams, with strong focus on search and PPC copy.
  • Track and report performance, insights, and recommended actions.
  • Use data and insights to prioritise improvements that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Content Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Apply a structured test‑and‑learn mindset to CRO, creative refinement, and user‑journey enhancements.
  • Improve on‑site experience by analysing customer behaviour and identifying friction points.
  • Continuously refine content to enhance performance, storytelling, and engagement.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with global teams on digital marketing and content execution.
  • Work with internal and external partners to deliver consistent improvements.
  • Support alignment across marketing, operations, and commercial functions for the UK market.

Ideal Experience

  • 5+ years running e‑commerce websites (DTC essential).
  • English native speaker 
  • Strong understanding of how customers shop online and what drives conversion.
  • Proven experience improving UX, CRO, and on‑site performance.
  • Experience working with Amazon for a branded business.
  • Confident using analytics tools to make data‑driven decisions.
  • Proven experience working with or supporting the UK market.
  • Experience managing/optimising paid search, paid social, and SEO with global teams.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally in an international environment.
